Delivery in Lithuania

Delivery with DPD

FREE delivery to your chosen DPD Pickup parcel terminal in Lithuania.

*If the parcel is too large for the DPD parcel terminal, we will arrange free delivery with a DPD courier to the address provided by the customer.

When the parcel is delivered to the selected DPD parcel terminal, you will receive a code via SMS to collect the parcel. The parcel must be collected from the terminal within 72 hours of receiving the SMS. Parcels are delivered on weekdays and Saturdays (to major cities).

Delivery cost with DPD courier to your specified address in Lithuania (*excluding Curonian Spit) – 3 EUR.

Once the parcel is dispatched with DPD, you will receive an SMS notification. If you do not want the courier to deliver your parcel, you can redirect it to a DPD parcel terminal using the link provided in the SMS.

Delivery with Lithuanian Post

We send goods to the Curonian Spit via registered priority mail, delivery cost – 5 EUR.

Delivery abroad

We deliver goods to EU countries with DPD courier*, delivery cost – 15 EUR. Delivery time depends on the country – 3-7 working days.

We deliver goods to the United Kingdom with DPD courier*, delivery cost – 20 EUR. Delivery time – 5-7 working days.

We send goods to non-EU countries via registered priority mail, delivery cost – 30 EUR. If the customer wishes, we can send it with Express UPS for an additional fee.

* Prices are indicated excluding islands and remote areas (prices are checked by postal code).

Returns

The consumer has the right to return the purchased item within 14 days without specifying a reason. The deadline for returning goods is calculated from the day following the receipt of the goods.

Non-returnable items

Wooden lamps made to special orders.

Items clearly tailored to the Buyer’s personal needs (e.g., individual, personalized items with embroidered or engraved texts or symbols, etc.).

Gift vouchers.

Return of shipments

The parcel must be returned to this address – UAB Nord DECO, Panerių str. 43, Vilnius, LT-03202, Lithuania (Phone Number: +37065577669).

The buyer wishing to return/exchange an item must inform the seller via email at info@norddeco.lt, specifying the order number, purchase document, and indicating the items they wish to return/exchange.

The buyer can return items:

from DPD parcel locker to our address (return is free);

via their chosen courier (return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Returns to parcel lockers are not accepted). The parcel must be returned to this address – UAB Nord DECO, Panerių str. 43, Vilnius, LT-03202, Lithuania (Tel. No. +37065577669);

by delivering the returned goods to the address – UAB Nord DECO, Panerių str. 43, Vilnius, LT-03202, Lithuania (Tel. No. +37065577669), on weekdays – Monday – Friday. 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. The buyer must coordinate the arrival time with the seller via email or phone at +37065577669.

Free Return Policy

The buyer can return items within 14 days.

Free returns are only possible via DPD parcel lockers.

The PIN code for returning the item at the DPD parcel locker or the generated QR code is received via SMS or email along with the delivery information when the order is picked up from the locker.

The returned item must be securely packaged. IMPORTANT – Peel off the old parcel sticker from the package received during delivery.

The return label on the package is printed at the DPD parcel locker by entering the PIN code assigned for the return or the generated QR code (the label on the package received during delivery is not suitable).

The buyer must ensure that both the buyer’s and seller’s information on the return label is correct. Recipient’s address – UAB Nord DECO, Panerių g. 43, Vilnius, LT-03202, Lithuania

After printing the label at the DPD parcel locker, the label is attached to the package, and the parcel is placed in the locker.

Product Exchange

The product can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt.

IMPORTANT in both exchange and return cases:

Products cannot be accepted or exchanged if they have been used, worn, stained, damaged, washed, etc. Products must be in their original packaging, with intact labels, and with undamaged protective films, etc.

When using services for returns, the returned product must be packaged in the same packaging as received or placed in additional protective (suitable for transportation) packaging (box or protective envelope).

The seller reserves the right to refuse to accept products returned by the buyer if the conditions for returning the products have not been followed.

These points do not apply if the returned product is defective.
