Individual orders
Step 1: Inquiry and initial consultation
Our catalogs will help you familiarize yourself with our products and the customization options for wooden coasters and cutting boards.
If you have ideas for unique product designs, contact us to start the process of executing an individual order. Specify your requirements, order quantities, desired production period, and any important considerations you have in mind.

Step 2: Design proposal
Our design team will create samples based on the information gathered during the initial consultation. You will receive digital mock-ups showing potential designs for your custom products. Provide feedback on the mock-ups to allow for adjustments to the design according to your vision and expectations.
Note that designs will be created considering manufacturing technical requirements (laser cutting or laser engraving).
Step 3: Design approval
If necessary, we will make up to 2-3 revisions to a single design based on your feedback. Once the design meets your expectations, approve the final version.
Step 4: Packaging options
Choose from our proposals on how to add individuality and uniqueness to your order. The product can be without packaging, with our packaging, or made according to your individual design.
For wooden coasters, we offer a customized stand that you can display in your store.
Step 5: Order submission
After approving the designs and setting the order quantities and delivery terms, we will send you a proforma invoice for payment. Upon receipt of payment, we will begin production of your order.
Step 6: Sample production
Before starting mass production, we will create a physical prototype of your individually designed products to ensure that the design is suitable for mass production. If necessary, we will make changes, and updated designs will be sent to you for approval.
Step 7: Production
Once the final design is approved, we will start production, adhering to the agreed timelines to ensure fast delivery. Quality checks are carried out during production to meet the highest standards.
Step 8: Quality control
After production is completed, we perform a final inspection to ensure the quality of the entire order.
Step 9: Delivery
Your order is carefully packaged and delivered to your specified location by your chosen logistics partner.
